Bacon & Roasted Pine Nut Stuffing


Good stuffing is too easy not to make from scratch! Feel free to make a double batch we always have to because this is a fan favorite! And the roasted pinenuts give it texture along with the bacon... it's hard to explain how amazing this is. We look forward to it every year.

Sauté in a big pan until translucent:

4 tablespoons butter

2 cups diced onion

2 cups diced celery


Add

3 cups chicken broth

¼-½ cup pine nuts (roasted)

¼ cup crumbled bacon


Bake in a buttered baking pan at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
