Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
This dip is addictive with fuller flavors and optional water chestnuts which I love because they give the oooey-gooey dip a little crunchy texture.

Recipe and ingredients:
16 ounce cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves minced
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
2 cups parmesan cheese grated
1 14 ounce can artichokes chopped
12 ounce frozen spinach thawed
1 8 ounce can water chestnuts diced (optional)
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon kosher saltÂ
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
~Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and spices; mix until incorporated. Add the garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, artichokes, water chestnuts & spinach (thawed and squeezed of its liquid).
~Spread the mixture evenly into a 1 quart, baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it is heated throughout and bubbly. Serve warm with sliced baguette, tortilla scoops or crackers.
