Breakfast/Brunch Casserole
This breakfast casserole is amazing! I could eat the whole thing. Great to make for guests for breakfast, to bring to a brunch, or even dinner!

Recipe:
Sauté:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 diced yellow onion
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 lb diced turkey
pinch of Salt & pepper
Combine:
12 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups mozzarella
2 cups cheddar
1 tsp: kosher salt, pepper & paprika
1 T butter
½ diced white onion
3 cups diced toast
layer:
sautéed ingredients
4 oz goat cheese
1 cup diced green onion
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
Bake at 350° for 50-60 min. Enjoy!
