
Burrata with Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes
We served this over our home made sourdough but it would also be so good with pasta.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Comine on a baking pan:
baby tomatoes
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 heads of garlic (the tops trimmed off)
Pop in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Pour over Burrata cheese (in an oven safe bowl!)
Put back in the oven at 300 for 5 minues, just to warm the burrata cheese.
Serve over toast or pasta
