Cheesy Beef & Fajita Veggies Burritos

When we were newly married and bought our first house, living in California, there was a place that had very similar burritos. We were addicted. I think the veggies sautéed with homemade guac is what makes it! Here's the recipe...I'll stop drooling.

Recipe:
3 pounds ground beef cooked and drained
4 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup water
(Mix simmer for about 5-10 minutes)
Fajita veggies:
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, roughly diced
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bunches of green onions, roughly chopped
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper
sauté until the onions are tender.
6 burrito sized flour tortillas, warmed.
Build your burritos, layering everything including shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, and sour cream.
