Chicken & Pasta Fra Diavolo
Another super flavorful dish! I encourage you all to USE YOUR SPICE RACK! It makes such a huge difference. Also, use fresh chopped garlic when possible. The flavor is just so amazing, like a fancy restaurant!

Ingredients
4 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
28 ounce can tomatoes finely diced
3 cups grated parmesan
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup dry white wine
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon granulated onion
½ tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, diced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°
In a large dutch oven or roasting pan:
On medium high heat on the stove sauté olive oil, butter, onion & garlic.
Add in chicken thighs, top with spice mixture and brown on both sides.
Add in tomatoes and wine and pop in the oven (400°) for 20 minutes.
Mix in cream, top with cheese & basil and pop back in for 10 more minutes.
Remove and serve over your favorite pasta and with a crusty bread to absorb that amazing sauce.Â
