Crab Rangoon Dip/Crostini
So. Yummy.
Let's get right to it.
Recipe:
Combine in a food processor:
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded (reserving ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese for topping)
1 tablespoon dried chives
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
½ cup green onions, diced
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ cup fresh parmesan cheese
Then fold in:
10 oz. Fresh crab meat
instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
-reserve ⅓ cup of mozzarella cheese for topping.
-Spread pread in a small baking dish or pie plate.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
-Garnish with green onions
Crostini:
Toast crostini
Top with dip & shredded parmesan
Toast until golden
Top with diced green onions
