Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Pasta
This idea this idea came from how much my family loves the spinach artichoke dip that I make for parties. It's not gonna get any health food awards but it definitely is delicious. It could easily be gluten-free/ketp and taste delicious served on riced cauliflower, spaghetti squash or spiral veggie noodles.
The best part about it is it cooks in the crockpot while you get other stuff done!

Recipe:
In the crockpot on high for 2 hours;
16 oz package of cream cheeseÂ
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
10 oz chopped spinach squeezed
1 cup of mayo
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon freeze dried chives
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 cups shredded parmesan
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup, 2% milk
2 hours on high in the crock pot and serve over your favorite pasta.Â
