Beef Tacos Soup:
Into the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 big red onion, diced
1-2 pounds cooked ground beef
10 oz package of cherry tomatoes
1 bell pepper, diced
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 15 oz can black beans (drained)
3 tablespoons tomato paste
6 cups water
Seasoning:
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon parsley
1 ½ tablespoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon granulated onion
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 to 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
Toppings:
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Tortilla chips
