Everyone asked for this fantastic recipe by itself! Just in time for football season.
Loaded potatoes
2 lbs red or white potatoes peeled and chopped into big chunks
4 T butter
1 stick cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1-2 T dried chives
Crock pot on high for 3-5 hours until fork tender. Give it a mix half way through.
*Serve with a sprinkle of bacon, chives and fresh parsely
