Sunday Night Creamy Chicken Thighs Dinner
Ingredients
1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
Two cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chicken base
½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
2 sliced green onions
1 ½ cup of frozen green peas
Directions
Place chicken thighs in one layer in a lightly greased casserole dish
sprinkle salt and pepper over them
In a separate bowl combine soup, soy sauce, chicken base and then top the chicken with that mixture
Sprinkle with the paprika, sliced onions and topwith frozen green peas
Pop in the oven, covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes - until internal temp of chicken is 160° to 170°
Serve over white or brown rice and your favorite vegetable side. We chose to serve ours with some sautéed broccoli.
