Sunday Night Creamy Chicken Thighs Dinner



Ingredients


1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 

Two cans cream of mushroom soup

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon chicken base

½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

2 sliced green onions

1 ½ cup of frozen green peas


Directions

  • Place chicken thighs in one layer in a lightly greased casserole dish

  • sprinkle salt and pepper over them

  • In a separate bowl combine soup, soy sauce, chicken base and then top the chicken with that mixture

  • Sprinkle with the paprika, sliced onions and topwith frozen green peas

  • Pop in the oven, covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes - until internal temp of chicken is 160° to 170°

Serve over white or brown rice and your favorite vegetable side. We chose to serve ours with some sautéed broccoli.
