Fried Rice-a-Roni (Fried Rice Hack)
This recipe was created because of what i had in my pantry that needed to go with the Teriyaki pork loin my husband was barbecuing.
I had a feeling it was going to be awesome and I'm glad I wrote it down!

Recipe in order:
Place in hot pan:
2 tablespoons butter
2 boxes of Rice-A-Roni
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
(Stir everything around until it's a little toasted)
Add in:
2 cups frozen vegetable medley
4 ½ cups water
Rice-A-Roni seasoning packets
1 tablespoon wasabi paste
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Bring to a boil, cover, stir occasionally. (Approx 15 min)
While that is simmering, prepare
6 eggs scrambled with;
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
When the Rice-A-Roni mix is done add:
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
3 green onions, diced
Scrambled egg mixture
Mix it all together in the hot pan allowing some of the rice to get crunchy! Serve with soy sauce.
