Ridiculously Good & Easy Coconut Pecan Cupcakes
I got this easy recipe many years ago from my sweet sister-in-law, who is an incredible baker!
These are so easy! We used to make them in little bread tins every year as gift for our kiddos' teachers. They are incredibly addictive. You can also do them with chocolate cake mix too!

Recipe:
Makes 24 cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix thoroughly:
1 package of white cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
1 can of Coconut Pecan frosting (some people know it as German chocolate cake frosting)
Top with Demerara Sugar (optional)
Add to 24 lined cupcake tins and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy. No frosting needed!
