Recipe:

1 lb chicken breasts

1 package of taco seasoning

1 package cream cheese

1-2 cups sliced bell peppers (all colors!)

1 small can of corn (drained)

1 can of red of black beans (drained)

½ cup salsa

Pinch of salt and pepper

1 T chicken base

½ cup water

Cook on high for 3-4 hours

Combine with your favorite cooked pasta. (12-16oz box)

Top with shredded cheese of choice.
