Santa Fe Chopped Salad!

Honestly, I don't even like most salads and this salad is amazing!! Who can afford to eat out anymore with a family of five?! So...we just make our favorite eat-out recipes (like this!) at home!  

The recipe is easy, just double it if you're making it for a lot of people.

Recipe:

Leafy romaine, lettuce cleaned a chopped (amount depends on serving size) 

½ cup corn

½ cup green onions

½ cup black beans

½ cup red bell pepper

1 avocado diced

1 cup tortilla strips/chips 

1 (or more) cups diced chicken

½ cup shredded cheddar

½ cup ranch dressing

¼ cup barbecue sauce 

½ squeezed lime

Salt & pepper to taste

Toss and enjoy!
