These have been a staple in our household, especially when we lived in New England and it was just too cold to use the barbecue. You can mix it up and do fajita rice bowls. Yet another easy recipe that is great for feeding big crowds or having friends over for the football game!
Sheet pan fajitas
1-2 lbs chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
1-2 bell peppers (sliced)
1 yellow onion (sliced)
1 bunch of green onions (trimmed)
Coating:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon Badia “Complete Seasoning”
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Coat everything with the seasoning mix and bake at 400 for 10-20 minutes.
Serve with torillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, rice, beans, salsa
