Sausage, Egg & Cheese
Breakfast Sandwiches
Bottom line, we wanted Mc Griddlez from our favorite Mc Fast-Food breakfast place. And this is pretty dang close.
Here's the recipe:
•Sausage in the oven @ 350°
for 20 (ish) minutes
•One package plain muffin mix
prepared per package instructions
(Do not add the fruit) •Pour into a lined, oiled sheet pan.
•Drizzle with 1/3 cup of maple syrup
•Back at 350° for 20-ish minutes.
Mix
8-10 eggs
1/2 cup cream
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
•Bake in a lined, oiled
9 x 13 casserole @ 350°
for 20-30 minutes
•Flip over and remove
paper from baked muffin mix.
•Top with the baked sausage
•Add some American 🇺🇸 cheese.
•Portion out your eggs, pop them on top.
•Sprinkle with Mozzarella
•Drizzle with maple syrup.
