Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
with Creamy Sundried Tomato Parmesan Sauce
We like to use the Members Mark raviolis from Sam's Club, but you can use any fresh ravioli or tortellini that is your favorite. This recipe will feed a family of five.
I use a couple of cheats including the pre-made raviolis and the pre-made sun-dried tomato pesto. The sauce recipe elevates everything and tastes like restaurant quality!

• Prepare 38 oz of Spinach and Cheese Ravioli per the package instructions:
Meanwhile in another pan combine over medium heat:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves of garlic (diced)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons sun dried tomato pesto
1 cup cream
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup of grated parmesan
2-3 ladles of pasta water
•Pour sauce over raviolis
•Top with 1 cup parmesan and enjoy!
