FAST & Easy with extra veggies and turkey sausage.
Here's the recipe:
In a large Dutch Oven on medium heat:
Sauté:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup mushrooms, diced
1 cup ground pork sausage
13 oz turkey smoked sausage, diced
6 cups water
Bring to boil then add:
1 cup white rice
2 cups jambalaya seasoned rice mix
2 tablespoon chicken base (bouillion)
Summer for 25 minutes, stirring often!
